You may well be asking yourself, why coffee and shoes? It's quite simple really, Northern Cobbler (the footwear brand) was founded a decade ago, when we chose to open our retail store 5 years down the line, we decided it might be a nice gesture to offer our patrons a speciality coffee and therefore, Northern Cobbler coffee was born.
OUR COFFEE
Our house blend Burbot (all of our coffees & shoes are named after fish varieties!) has gained a bit of cult following amongst the fine folks of Leicester since beginning our coffee journey 5 years ago.
OUR SHOES
Shoes are where it all started for us, our passion for design and love of the craft. In our humble opinion, the smell of an expertly tanned hide is just as pleasing as the wonderful aromas of freshly ground coffee (often the two have been enjoyed simultaneously!). We work closely with highly respected factories with a similar ethical mindset to ourselves. Sourced from Europe and around the world to carefully piece together our collections.

Although we've taken various different roads to get here, our objective and core values have remained exactly the same as the day we started. To create inspiring, contemporary products with intergrity (doing the right thing when nobody else is looking). Whether this be using fair trade coffee, recycled rubber soles, organic flour in our crepes or simple using compostable or recycled packaging, whilst minimising waste. Either way, you can be certain we'll continue to strive to do the right thing.

Our popular coffee shop, creperie and lifestyle store is located directly below our offices and showroom in the popular area of Clarendon Park, Leicester. Offering all that we have online plus a few extra bits!
